Philip has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University (class of 2016). He oversaw/managed much of the building of the West Industrial Place project, starting from land acquisition, platting, and environmental surveying, to architectural drawings, city permitting, contractor bidding, and construction.
He also has expertise in the programming language C#.
